Original research papers that have not been submitted elsewhere should be formatted using IEEE Computer Society templates (the 8.5" x 11" format, in two columns - see also DOC, PDF and LaTeX macros), and must be no longer than 10 pages.

The proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society.
